Problem Statement

Revyz had little visibility in the marketplace and wanted to build content to promote awareness in a problem-aware audience. Their target audience is a discerning Atlassian community, and they needed content that aligned with their specific interests.

About Company

Revyz Inc. is a US-based data transformation and innovation company working in Atlassian Jira back-up and data restoration. Revyz Inc., backed by Atlassian and Druva helps organizations simplify the protection of their data in SaaS DevOps such as Atlassian through our cloud-native, performant platform.


In 2022, Revyz Inc. was born out of Jira's need for enhanced data security. It was founded by two seasoned professionals with deep knowledge of the Atlassian platform. The audience they were targeting was not problem-aware, therefore it was hard to reach the customer with the product directly in hand.


Revyz was looking for rapid growth in the eco-system while educating the audience about the problems in Atlassian data backup and the importance of automated data backup and restore

Our Solution

Understanding the customer journey was paramount to our success. We began by focusing on top-of-the-funnel content emphasizing the importance of backup and restore within the Atlassian ecosystem. This educational approach helped build awareness and establish Revyz as a trusted resource.


As Revyz gained recognition and audience awareness, we shifted our content strategy to highlight the specific benefits of our product and position Revyz as an enterprise-grade solution. This involved creating content that demonstrated the value of our offering and reinforced our authority in the industry.


Throughout this process, we continuously adapted our content strategy to align with Revyz's evolving market position and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels. We maintained a steady flow of content and implemented efficient processes to maintain a consistent presence on all social media platforms.


How we created awareness and engagement.


Revyz Inc. had only 500 followers and negligible content when we started on the socials. We proposed more channels and innovative ideas including animated character creation for targeted ICP’s for fast growth of the pages. We leveraged Reddit very efficiently and sensitively as it has a high-concentration of audience and is very sensitive to irrelevant and wrong information. We carefully designed content for LinkedIn, Twitter, and Reddit to position the company as the industry leader and improve our following and engagement.


We have seen a 65% improvement in the number of followers in a year. We are now 3500 followers strong with month-on-month improvement of an average of 30%.

How we improved the reach.


We did a brand audit to create a clear positioning that helps target the right audiences—identified the correct message that resonates with company offerings and ensured uniformity across all platforms. We created chic branding elements and guidelines to maintain design uniformity.


We accelerated the community marketing activities and leveraged the events the company participated in to attract the TG. With a careful mix of informative, event, polls, and humor content we engaged the audience and improved the impressions by 88% in a year with an average engagement rate of 15%

From 5000 organic impressions per month to 45000 organic impressions per month our journey with Revyz is filled with a lot of hard work, learning, and growth.

Now the company is an Atlassian gold solution partner and has onboarded multiple high-ticket clients and 25 partners across the globe.
